Please note, SKAP initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us. Therefore, the refund time may vary by the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
It will take us a maximum of 5 – 14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
